I think they're not quite magic-y enough for the Morphin Masters. It would work well for the 3,000 years ago Wild Force team, since spears would have been much more common weapons at the time

I'm a bit obsessive, so I usually end up scanning through the entire series footage if there isn't a clean reference. This collage isn't even too bad compared to the magna sword and v-lancer ones
Phew! Toei really doesn't like to make it easy on me. V-lancer Articulation and mode change edits are done now, just need to add some magnet slots to keep everything in place. Model is in prep for meeting #lightspeedrescue actors at Go Go Ranger Station

Finally finished all the details! V-Lancer 3d model in prep for meeting #lightspeedrescue actors at Ranger Station! The base model is done, going to see if I can get the removable plates and sliding blade working. Compatible with the DX + American release Rescue Blasters

Yeah, all the ones in the auction were the American toy release. I picked one up for like $40 on Ebay

Working on making the Playmates Morpher plates more accurate, and a client had the idea to reuse the 90s decals. It honestly turned out better than I expected. This might be the path I go down, since many people have BD15 decals

Having to match the footage of Kiba Ranger, a literal 9 year old in Dairanger, definitely changed Tommy's vibe. In retrospect, you can really feel the series straining at the seams to splice together Zyuranger, Dairanger, and original footage starting in Season 2
It's doable, even without changing the lens. With ~3mm extra height I can get the original curvature

Thanks! I'm going to see what I can do on the playmates one. I'll probably have to do the lens along with the plates to make any real difference, but I may be able to curve it out a bit by making the plates a little thicker
