If you struggle with productivity because productivity hacks are mostly self-harm made to benefit a capitalist hellscape, not help us to work with ourselves to accomplish our goals. Feel free to reach out.
I can at least offer a free resource to get you started.

ππΏIt's finding when masking benefits you because it helps you, rather than shrinking you.
ADHD brains work differently.
Without understanding and support, even everyday tasks can feel overwhelming.
At Blue Sky Learning, our neurodiversity-affirming coaches can help.

Money-saving tips for neurotypical and abled people are not always money-saving tips for neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill people.
There are hidden costs to hacks that may show up in other places, and we have to consider all of that.
"Intention is the idea that establishes the initial stages of growth processes or initiates a goal. Everything else helps navigate the complexities of your environment, enabling the seed of your intention to sprout into a plan and fulfill its growth cycle."

Iβm still in recovery mode from the holiday festivities.
I will be back on duty on January 5, 2026.
I am still keeping up with small tasks as planned, but I am currently unavailable.
I know itβs hard to prioritize yourself, but we must rest and recover, or we collapse.

Note:
The items I consider as intro tools to highlight all of the moments and needs I have identified as necessary for neurodivergent and disabled freelancers, creatives, and professionals to track to have sustainable productivity are The TAC and the planning sheets used for CoAc and CPH.
I create tools for LR SWB to teach skills + help you identify task needs, track time + energy use, understand how you focus, + center your needs based on the resources you really have.
Its a starting point.

Updates about Creative Power Hour
CPH is now an office-hours event rather than a public coworking event like Coaction and Accountability Events. Read up about the changes coming in 2026.
"CPH blends co-working, reflection, and creative pauses to build a supportive space to set your rhythm."
"With so many features, Notion can become overwhelming, especially if you struggle with planning or complex systems...
I have, however, created a basic dashboard that doesnβt require a database and can be less overwhelming for those who need a digital to-do..."
It actually makes GenEd an inherently inclusive space and make SpEd resources consumed in better ways because we have moved past the base experimentation phase of the tools and have data on what specifically a student needs from the moment they enter the program.
So yeah, make inclusion inclusive.
Many GenEd teachers these are normal tools, but some people feel that using basic presentation, time-management, and setting supports take from SpEd supports and needs.
Scaffolding works for every child.
Extra time is helpful in environment where children are practicing skills.
Alternate formats are just good strategy for all learners.
Repeating instructions is necessary.
100% a believer that many supports for SpEd students should be incorporated as base tools GenEd classroom management.
I've applied some of the same tools when working with students across the board.
The support becomes an accommodation when you tailor it to the person and their disability.
I posted a video journal this week on the struggle of realizing that your reasonable accommodations aren't always reasonable for the environment.

Generic advice is often us imagining ourselves in another person's place, rather than seeing the perspective of the whole person in the place they are with what is available to them.
Offer specific guidance, not just general advice, if you truly want to see people make changes.
However, generic advice does not account for the resources, access, and accommodations required.
Generic advice doesn't account for the possibility that their timeline may need to look different from the one you imagined.
Advice is something that is freely given, so the expectation that someone follows it is an expectation we have to process on our own.
Before getting upset that someone didn't follow the ironclad advice you gave them, consider whether you tailored the advice to the person by listening to them.
Reminder: There will be a Coaction and Accountability session tomorrow.
This is a 2-hour virtual coworking event for people looking:
- for community,
- for structure with flexibility,
- and to get things done.
Starts at 5 PM CST.

TSH Worksheet = Identify energy drains
Time Squandering Habits (TSH) isn't about procrastination. This tracker helps you notice the habits that drain your energy or disrupt your plans, without shame.
Time Matrix = Know what matters most to you.
Overwhelmed? The Time Matrix helps you sort tasks by priority and flexibility, so you can stop cramming everything in and start making strategic choices.
The Time Allocation Chart (TAC) turns your week into a visual map. Youβll color-code blocks for sleep, work, tasks, rest, etc. so you finally see where your time actually goes.
A three-column table titled with the categories Mapping (Time Audit), Allocating (Resource Awareness), and Prioritization (Values Reflection). Row 1 β Adaptation: Mapping: Habit Tracking Allocating: Energy-Aware / Adaptive Scheduling Prioritization: Values Reflection Row 2 β Concept: Mapping: TSH Allocating: Pacing and Recovery Prioritization: Self-checks Row 3 β Tool: Mapping: TAC Allocating: Planner Prioritization: Time Matrix
The MAP System = Mapping, Allocating, Prioritizing. Itβs a practical method for reshaping your time without shame or rigidity.
(Image is a draft of the how I am organizing the system. Feel free to workshop it.)
Most time management systems werenβt built for disabled or neurodivergent people. Thatβs why I created the TCYT Framework & MAP System and made it available via the TCYT Guided Track.
