In 2025, we worked to make this vision a reality for thousands of our neighbors. This report tells the story of that work, focusing on the people who we serve.”

Frank Chopp, former WA House speaker and tireless advocate, dies at 71 An advocate for health care and low-income housing, Frank Chopp was the longest-serving House speaker in the state's history and a rare legislative force.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Frank Chopp, a trailblazer in affordable housing. His leadership expanded the Housing Trust Fund, strengthened the Seattle Housing Levy, and championed housing as a human right. His legacy will continue to inspire our work. Our thoughts are with his family.
