Four of my portraits from life, which were exhibited last week with work of my fellow painters of the ‘wat een portret!’ group - led by Dica de Vries at KUZ-huis, Hoek van Holland. Three times a month we have the opportunity to paint portraits from a life model - great fun and very educational 🎨

Final result of the botanical watercolour workshop by Anita Walsmit Sachs in Hortus Botanicus Leiden. Chose to bring and paint one of the flowers that are part of my daily job as a flower breeder: Ranunculus Butterfly Thiva - hard to get right but great fun in trying! 🎨💐🌱
