Mate. We have traits. Clusters of traits is what makes us autistic. Not every autistic person has the same traits. But autistic people share traits across the spectrum. One of those traits is faster gut mobility. In general autistic people shit more. Well done for not having that trait.

I think the origin of mother's day is why it is bigger - a lot still celebrate as part of lent, and the Hallmark stuff tagged on when mothers still stayed at home and did all the caring. Father's day is much newer - as is equal parenting.
