Oui je pense que ça marcherait avec du déclaratif. Données médicales je ne sais pas, parce qu'on ne pourrait pas les faire correspondre avec des données socio-économiques par exemple, en tout cas si elles sont anonymisées, non?
Pour observer les inégalités? Même argument que "si on n'a pas de statistiques raciales / ethniques, on ne peut pas mesurer et donc combattre le racisme"
