My most toxic trait is thinking I need to do all of the tasks and asking for help is burdening others.

I've been so tired and overwhelmed and it's 100% my own doing. But asking for help only adds guilt to the mix.

I'm at the Crash-and-Burn phase but doing nothing also adds to that guilt.
