Training someone tomorrow for their last shift before flying solo. On our last shift together I recommended they ask for more training (there's a ton to learn. they are not ready to competently do the job independently).
They got highly defensive and do not appear to have asked. I'm tired.

Deleting the social media apps from my phone for (at least) a month. Discord will remain as the loving, glorious timesuck that it is. Reddit will remain as long as it's only used for reference, not proper scrolling. Will reassess in April.
