We’re up by 6 points! Thank you to @nwprogressive.org for polling the school board races and showing we’re leading going into Election Day. But many voters are still undecided. Please give me your vote - and get your ballots to a dropbox by 8PM on Tuesday! www.nwprogressive.org/weblog/2025/...

I’m running for school board so we can rebuild trust, partner with students, families, and educators, and make good decisions for our kids’ future. /end

I will share more at Wednesday’s school board meeting about how we can reverse this change and implement better policies going forward.
Students shouldn’t have to protest to get bad decisions changed. 4/
The way this went down was flawed. There was no engagement, no notice, and the board was not involved in the decision to split lunch.
The decision is not centered on what’s best for the students at these schools. 3/
I too was an SPS student. I remember how important lunches were to connecting with friends, engaging in clubs, and taking time for myself when I was at Garfield. 2/
I stand in support of students and families walking out today in protest. District administrators need to stop the split lunch proposal. Major operational changes like these need community discussion and board approval. 1/
Sarah Clark is the sole endorsed candidate by the 36th and 46th District Democrats.
Thanks to Sarah Clark’s advocacy, choice schools are seeing increased enrollment for the first time in years. A change in leadership! This fall, she’s running for a full term to keep fighting for children, parents, educators, and staff. Learn more: sarah4schoolboard.org
Recently, falsehoods have circulated about Sarah’s work on the Seattle School Board. More than just personal attacks, they’re part of a toxic culture preventing meaningful progress for students. Why? Sarah’s approach demands accountability which threatens entrenched interests. shorturl.at/Wl3x1
Sarah Clark believes great schools start with listening to our community. Learn more about Sarah and her vision for improving safety, real equity, and transparency at Seattle schools on this week's Rainy Day Recess podcast: www.buzzsprout.com/2230213/epis...
