Not really - definitely a thing but we all experience things slightly differently. That goes for every illness and condition - there are things in common and some differences too. And ADHD is both a normal human trait AND a recognised disability - it is both.
Interesting - I’m also ADHD and would find that super distracting and overwhelming unless I really, really loved what I was doing.
