I started drinking sparkling water when I stopped drinking alcohol 5 or 6 years ago, but I wasn't aware that there was a caffeinated variety. This is right up my alley!
My doctor actually took me off it immediately when I told her about the fainting spells and that my hands were constantly numb. Soo... onto a new new medication tomorrow! haha

I totally agree with you that basically anything is better than these energy drinks. I am down to only one or two a week though, which is huge progress for me! I'll definitely have to check out that caffeinated sparkling ice!
Long time no post! Here’s a quick (somewhat chaotic) life update:
• Finished a new asset pack (download coming soon!)
• Tried new meds (and started fainting, oof ☠️)
• Began another new game project (ADHD, am I right?)
• Realized coffee > energy drinks (after 3 PM)
• Nyx is still the real boss here
