Online-only applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gernert Studio Apartments | opens noon Sept. 10
Edgefield Manor opens | noon Sept. 11

MDHA offices will be closed Friday, Jan. 10 due to forecasted inclement weather. Residents who need to report a maintenance emergency before the Agency reopens should call their property leasing office and listen for the prompt.

MDHA is now accepting online-only applications for Hadley Park Towers, an elderly and disabled property, on a first-come, first-served basis until 3 p.m. Jan. 17.

To qualify, the head of household must be at least 62 years old or have a disability.
