Years ago, I used to go into a Central Perk cafe (yes…) which felt rather niche for Chester but very popular.
They had to fight off some legal claim from a nearby business but insisted (to the local press) they weren’t going anywhere.
Then the rates went up and quick as a flash, they closed.
As the PR notes, LBC held the commentary rights during the noughties.
