Tomorrow brings our first severe weather risk of the season, as we'll see multiple rounds of rain and thunderstorms move across the state.
Hail of 1-2" in diameter is the main risk, but wind gusts to around 60 mph are possible.
Most likely area for severe: south and west of Madison.
It's pretty misty, drizzly, and foggy out there this morning, and up north where temperatures are below freezing, some of that is causing a light glaze of ice to form, so be careful on your commutes today.

While we were all sleeping through the lunar eclipse, the Storm Prediction Center added southern Wisconsin to a Level 2/5 risk of severe thunderstorms Friday.
The current highlighted area is along and south of a line from La Crosse - Montello - Port Washington.

In southern Wisconsin, you can see where the deeper snowpack is just by looking at the low temperatures. A strip of single digit lows help point out the path of yesterday’s snow.
