I am not entirely sure what led to personally donating to Wikimedia being a first for me in 2023.
On the other hand, I am pretty sure the previous dozen of their EOY donation campaigns didn't help to convert me.

Positive Covid-19 self test
Wenngleich ich vieles weitaus schöneres von der border:none mitbringen konnte, nun ist mein „I am Legend“-Status futsch und C19 hat‘s erstmals auch bei mir geschafft.
Der Vorteil: gleich die Gelegenheit nutzen und schlechte Angewohnheiten abgewöhnen! 👊
