Iβm mentioned in this article about SAW.

At the 2025 Kennedy Center Honors the following artists will be celebrated for their indelible contributions to American culture: Scott Baio, Ted Nugent, Kid Rock, Sean Combs, and that guy who played Hercules on that TV show.
Aw thanks Cheryl.
Hi!!!
Hi Ho comics friends!
Subbing for Tom tonight as host of the Friday Night Workshop presented by the Sequential Artists Workshop. I bet some of you will appreciate the timely theme. Nicoleβs last workshop felt healing and inspiring.
Hope youβll join us!
Prompt: Draw yourself driving off a cliff with a friend a la βThelma and Louiseβ
Prompt: draw yourself as Sisyphus pushing a boulder made of the things you hoard.
Prompt: draw yourself with a friend in a speedboat on shark infested waters.
Prompt: draw yourself sitting by a campfire with some Palooza pals drawn as your class name alter egos.
For the last 4 years Iβve been the moderator of a Lynda Barry inspired workshop at SAW. After working through Making Comics, I formed an offshoot group called Promptapalooza where we meet biweekly to tackle 4-minute prompts drawn directly in ink. Itβs become an essential comics-adjacent practice.
In real life, we consulted the Internet for a broader definition.
Something new with art inspired by when Crumb drew for Harvey Pekarβs American Splendor. #comics #altcomics
On Hulu. I loved it but it bored Angie to tears. Itβs not some plot-driven weredog movie. Itβs like a meditation on an artist who loses her identity to motherhood.

I was riveted!
Amy Adams, transcendent!
Put Angie to sleep.
Iβm Michael, a former actor/writer who came to comics late in life. Not as a career move. For the creative autonomy. I write about life with ADHD and pop culture obsessions.
Iβm a teaching fellow at SAW where I host events. I have 2 short books in the works and a graphic novel in my crosshairs.
From June. Angie on our old terrace watching the rain.

A watercolor portrait of comedian/podcaster/actor Marc Maron.
A pencil sketch of Marc Maron before I added watercolor.
In 2018, I rebooted my art education 37 years after graduating from the High School of Art & Design and giving up on art.
One of my first Instagram posts was this watercolor portrait I began at a local art center.
It was a step toward reclaiming something important that I lost along the way.
New caption: Speculation on ejaculation regulation.
An imaginary conversation with Jules Feiffer drawn in 2021 for the Year Long Program at SAW.
Feifferβs influence runs like a ribbon through many chapters of my life, from my theater days to making comics.
Thank you for everything, Jules Feiffer, and good night.
Loved it!
Never seen this and I consider myself a big SL fan. Love his book Making Movies.
