Beim Kaffee kommt es auf die Zubereitungsart an. In meinen Mokkapott kommen so 11g Kaffee pro Tasse. Das sind 90 Tassen pro Kilo.
Das ist ein überraschend guter Wert - vor allem wenn man bedenkt das man das Gerät 2 bis 4 Jahre locker nutzen kann.
Zum Vergleich:
Statista sagt das in Deutschland pro Kopf pro Jahr ungefähr 5kg Kaffee und 9kg Rindfleisch konsumiert werden.
BTW: Ein Handy wie das iPhone kommt auf 65kg über seine gesamte Lebenszeit.

Allerdings scheinen mir die 100kg CO2 für 1kg Rindfleisch etwas hoch. Deine Quelle gibt da 10kg an, andere 30 bis 40kg.
Ich hab noch das hier gefunden: arbor.bfh.ch/20629/ und die Zahlen decken sich ungefähr. In einem anderen Artikel stand, das der meiste CO2 Ausstoß beim Kaffee vom Düngemittel kommt. Bei Bio Kaffee könnte es also anders aussehen..
