I hate how passive voice is used with killing literally anyone in those regions OTHER than Isreali soldiers

Israeli soldiers were killed by brown people terrorism while Lebanese buildings simply disintegrate and Iranian school girls spontaneously stop being alive - similar to how Palestinian babies just instantly combust in well-documented examples written up by the NYT.
