Organising ahead to make sure I have healthier snacks in: mixed nuts, dried fruit . Crackers. I pre-cook a large bowl of veg and potatoes at the start of the week which are used as basis for simple quick meals for about 4 days.

A good audiobook, plus knitting a sock ( round and round apart from the tricky bits) maybe with a nice glass of wine or coffee , I really recommend as a way to experience โflowโ ๐
