I'm so uncomfortable w/the memes mocking Greta Thunberg. Here is a brilliant, accomplished young woman who did more as a teenager than most of us did in our entire lives. And what is her "sin"? That she dare speak out about suffering in Gaza. As if that makes her a bad person deserving ridicule

This morning in Sheikh Radwan in Gaza.

I checked in AGAIN just now with my friend Yara in Dir El Balah in Gaza to see if she has gotten food. She said no. And gave me a list of names of the 35 people who were killed this morning in the Rafah distribution center.
I have no words left for this.

Losing my religion As Israel fails in its meager attempts to end the starvation in Gaza, I am heartbroken not only for the suffering of the people of Gaza, but also for the death of the Jewish soul.

Israel's failure to manage food distribution in Gaza reflects a much deeper problem. Why is Israel doing this?
The answer is a terrible one.
