The 'Immunology, Infection and Cancer' research program at the DKFZ in Heidelberg focuses on the interactions between pathogens and the immune system and how they drive carcinogenesis with the aim to develop novel immunotherapeutic approaches to cancer.
Today, we will focus on non-cancer-cell-autonomous immunity by learning about reprogramming CAFs and optimising CAR-T cells, with the aim of promoting anti-tumour immunity. Join us at 4 pm in ATV, where talks will be given by Dr. Micaela Domingues (AG Munir) and Vincenz Buschinger (AG Buchholz)!
