In this Xmas house I make Roasted Tomato Soup.
3kg Tomatoes
3 red onions, 3 red peppers, a load of garlic cloves, thyme sprigs, spoon oβsugar, salt-N-peppa (ooh, baby baby) and roasted in a hot oven for 40mins.
3l of chicken stock, blitzed up and sieved to remove all the wee bits.
Itβs brilliant.
Good times never seemed so good. π
Unfortunately not. Just back from Glasgowβs βArchesβ club. It closing for good so booked tickets for one of its final nights tonight. Was very bittersweet having an amazing night knowing itβll close forever.
Itβs tragic that one of the best underground venues wonβt be open to future generations.
