Yup, this is totally how I thought my tax dollars were going to be used. Ugh.
So, the government is moving faster on this than the NBA is on the Aspiration case? www.espn.com/nba/story/_/...
How is it that these are public positions paid by our tax dollars, and no one feels like they owe the Portland residents a reason why? I know it's not unique to our city, but it makes it no less infuriating.
At this point, every US federal tax payer should be hella pissed. From starting wars with no idea how it's going to end to using the justice department to settle personal vendettas, and everything inbetween...what the actual fuck?!
The Blazers are like me...not a morning person.
Watching tonight's Blazers game on the Peacock broadcast tonight is making me realize just how much I love Kevin, Lamar, and Brooke.
βWomen feel like they were lied to, that MAHA movement is a sham...How am I supposed to rally these women to vote red in the midterms? How can we win their trust back? I am unsure if we can.β
No shit Sherlock.

I'm sure this is totally going to help with the administration's campaign pushing people to procreate more. www.nytimes.com/2026/02/09/c...
So this is what a pretty healthy Blazers team looks like. And we don't even have Sharpe or Lillard right now!
1/ ProPublica collected handwritten letters in mid-January from children held at the Dilley Immigration Processing Center, the same facility where 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos was taken.
Hundreds of kids are still detained.
Weβll let the childrenβs words speak for themselves. π§΅
Between the field goals and the punts, this Super Bowl football game is really a foot ball game.
Bad Bunny already picked up more yards than the Patriots run game
"Absent from TrumpRx are many of the most expensive medicines that cause the most financial pain for employers, government programs and patients." So, he wants credit for something that is pretty much pointless. Got it.

Can you imagine if the government spent this type of money on hospitals or schools instead? www.nbcnews.com/politics/imm...
Harvard University refused to cave to President Trump's extortion demands, even as other universities and leading law firms kowtowed. And now, Trump has dropped his demands for a $200 million payout to the US government. www.nytimes.com/2026/02/02/u...
Um, Lenny Kravitz does not age!
OK, Shaedon Sharp doesn't look tired. SHAEDON!!!
We look tired, in that "we've had some key players out all season" sort of way.
Enough already. Can trump supporters admit that this was never about the criminals? Can they admit that they are driven by their racism? Please. Just wear it proud so I can easily identify you all. www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news...
Dear politicians, thanks for completely ruining the words "concerning" and "alarming" for me. How about actually doing something? If not, then at least get a thesaurus.
Love seeing the Blazers playing hard, but oof. 13-23 from the line and 20 turnovers? We got some cleaning up to do.
COME ON BLAZERS! LET'S CLOSE THIS GAME OUT!!!!
Wait, you mean this administration is...lying?! www.npr.org/2026/01/27/g...
We had 50K people downtown yesterday, no ICE and zero incidents. ICE is the fucking problem.
Let's hope this slow start picks up soon! Go Blazers!
"Like many other blue states, Minnesota pays more to the federal government than it takes in. But why should the state continue to subsidize a government bent on destroying it? What if it justβ¦didnβt?"
A big question from @snipy.bsky.social in @atrupar.com's PN:
www.publicnotice.co/p/minnesota-...
It wasn't all bad. This was a very young team, and he did create a culture of playing together and playing hard on defense. He wasn't afraid of benching players if they were lazy (Shaedon), called them out on embarrassing losses, and they responded. But, in the end he had lots of limitations.
There are very little things I liked about Billups. But, I will give Chauncey credit for admitting he was terrible at any sort of offensive strategy, and bringing in Splitter.
This administration can remove all the signs they want, but we the people can never let history be erased.
