Yesterday (despite the miserable weather!) we installed a LICOR evapotranspiration sensor and a new anemometer on our eddy covariance system monitoring a young Sitka spruce stand. The data will allow us to compare the sensors in preparation for future forest research projects. π³π§ͺ

The scientific evidence is absolutely crystal clear:
