There was plenty to see and do outside of the main tournament. Pokémon keep upping their game year after year.
Spent the day at Pokémon EUIC as a spectator instead of a competitor this year, and it was very fun and chill.

I’ll be haunting the halls of Excel London next weekend for Pokemon EUIC. Not as a competitor this time, just a disgraced former Lugia player.
This was the only one! The actual ticketed 'exhibit' was a short walkway with illustrations and a couple of videos - the main event was the shop.
A very modest haul
Very much enjoyed there being meteorite sitting in the middle of the shop.
The best bit was the diorama and it was outside the exhibit so you could check it out without a ticket.
