Yes, but they use a proprietary data source that adds a lot of opaqueness to the process. They also do not include any property-specific context out mitigations, leaving that to the seller or buyer to figure out. Use it as a tool but do your own research.
My eight-year-old asked me today if people with gasoline cars keep gas tanks at home. A whole generation is learning that vehicles gain range while at rest, at home. Having to stop to do that while you’re on the way somewhere is just weird.

Sometimes it is only one side of the #Arctic that experiences anomalously low conditions during winter, but this year we are seeing the sea ice edge on *both* the Atlantic & Pacific sectors at very low levels for this time of year. This is contributing to the historic record low for early February.
