The synaptophysin disordered regions have misleading C6 symmetry from the AlphaFold prediction, so I'll do something with those too.
Almost there. I need to double check principal axes and offsets, tweak some things, add a membrane.

For the VAMP2 cytoplasmic SNARE domains I did some randomized rigid body transforms, and took a bit of license to spread out the dangly bits (disorganized regions from the AlphaFold prediction).

WIP: modelled the synaptophysin-VAMP2 complex for our synaptic vesicle. This complex is involved in vesicle fusion.
SYP forms a hexamer with 12 copies of VAMP2, a key part of the fusion machinery.

Glutamate charging works like this: The ATPase uses ATP to create a proton gradient, and VGluT uses the gradient to exchange glutamate (from outside) with protons (from inside). It's really quite cool how they work together.

- Amber: Vesicular glutamate transporter (VGluT)
- Red: V-ATPase
No membrane. Need VAMP complex, etc.

Still reading the API.. and digging into it. CloudXR, OpenXR. Looks like perhaps "gaze regions" are sent to the server (not exact gaze rays)..

I just updated CellWalk for the M5 Apple Vision Pro! This app really pushes the GPU (entire cells with billions of atoms) and it's a great way to test the M5.
CellWalk on M5 increases resolution and detail 1.5x over M2! Huge. It's super sharp and detailed. Apple Intelligence is also way faster.
