Yeah, this was my first time playing the original, and after hearing so much about the intro I was really surprised how much I enjoyed that dungeon. Almost felt like a bit of Zelda-style dungeon design sneaking into Dragon Quest, and it really set the tone nicely for me
I'm almost embarrassed how on-brand my feelings about Dragon Quest 7 and its remake have been, but the heart wants what it wants
