We had a lot of fun with the book swap and hanging out together for food and drinks. We're thinking about holding more book swaps throughout the year. It's a good way to share favorite, not-so-favorite, and recommended books with each other.

I need so much editing help, lol. I'm looking forward to this! Amber is great. I've hired her for a developmental edit of a science fiction horror short story, and her suggestions were invaluable. She set me on a great path for my latest revision.

Tomorrow! Our very own, Amber Finnegan, will be speaking about the different types of editing, what to expect to happen at each level, and a starting point for what you might expect for cost.
Amber is our social media coordinator (yes, I'm talking about myself here...), an editor, and a podcaster.
