What do a floodlight strapped to a van, a string of mysteriously punctual accidents, and a drowning on dry land have in common? You can find them all in the PUBLIC FEED of Batman: Bump In The Night!

johannes, a man with two-toned hair and heterochromia, lounges on a stool with an annoying grin
while i'm psong-posting i know i talk about being able to skip straight to book 3 but if you don't read 1 you miss out on a lot of character establishing moments and relationships and if you don't read 2 you miss out on us throwing a literal circus clown into the cast dynamic like a live grenade
serials are good because you can spend almost an entire calendar year away from your main protagonists in order to introduce like 8 new guys, put them on a train to basel, and get really really in the weeds on international organized crime in the post apocalypse

I read and really enjoyed this story! Really hooked me right away on the romance I recommend checking it out!
Eleven books by transfeminine authors have been nominated for the 2025 Lambda Literary Awards!
In this article, I've compiled them all into an easy-access reading list for anyone who wants to check them out before the October 4th ceremony 🩷
Shoutout to @lambdaliterary.org for recognizing our work!
LeGuin wrote about the desire for 'unassailable safety' as one of the deep roots of evil, and I think about that a lot.
Love this old art cause it's so "lately our class is really into standing on boxes"
