1egg+1/4 cup red lentils, soaked in 1/2c water and blended, seasoned. Fillings - your choice - cooked separately. Cook like an omelette. Cheaper and higher protein than 2 eggs plus has fiber. Chickpea flour works too!

I just contacted them saying I'd like to start a zine group! Usually, artists won't do this kind of thing for free but occasionally if we really like to collab we will. It's just that something that takes you a couple hours to write takes 30 hours to illustrate, and we have our own backlog of ideas!
The Multnomah County Library gives every member 100 copies a day. There's a reason we made zines in the 90s. Who wants to do a zine exchange or group? We could meet at a library community room and have an open zine group for resistance and solidarity. I'm serious.
