Finished and installed, hand sanded to 320 grit, few layers of shellac rubbed down with printer paper. Not bad

Test mounting of shelves before wood is fully finished, haven't done a bad job in the end. I get a nice floating in front of the wall effect (5mm) as you can't see the steel that is fastened to the wall

Framework finished, fitting next job

I finish working for good at Christmas, so next year I'm back on it. Need to crank out my stuntman game. The bus jumping part, which is probably just going to be a prologue to the larger scoped game
