I get what you’re saying, my comment was focused strictly on current gen. Sony ignores emulation and roms because not many are emulating anything higher than ps3.
Nintendo would probably be doing the same thing if we are only talking about Wii U and older.
This is my argument. Nintendo doesn’t give a shit about any other emulator pre switch. People are acting as if Sony and MS would be cool if there were sites sharing ps5 XSX roms. 🤦🏽♂️
