Monty Birch, a trans man with medium-brown skin, dark wavy hair in a high ponytail, a pointy nose and a bandage on his forehead, and Zendaya Simango, a tall, dark-skinned trans woman with her dark hair in a more conventional 1890s-ish hairstyle (I think it's called a Newport knot or something?). Zendaya is wearing a combination garment— a chemise and drawers in one— while Monty is wearing an undershirt and pants, and apparently has misplaced his usual chest-binding corset. Monty holds Zendaya from behind, kissing her shoulder as he pulls down the sleeve of her chemise. "Say, Doc— are you this hands-on with all your clients?" With one hand, Monty pinches Zendaya's nipple through her shirt, and with the other he's reaching around and giving her a handjob. Shivering, with her eyes closed, Zendaya corrects him: "Patients." With his chin on her shoulder, and zero brain cells, Monty responds: "I'm not in any rush." Zendaya opens her eyes, her expression suddenly annoyed. She turns around, puts her hand on Monty's face, and shoves him away from her.

And the second part, now that I'm properly awake😌 featuring the silliest joke that I've had in my head for ages now.
