Woke up at 1am after an anxiety attack trying to get to sleep yesterday evening, and now can’t get back to sleep.
Later today I’m in a 4 hour workshop with senior team leads, before 2hours travelling back home.

Theres a bug where sometimes bsky just seems to randomly unfollow accounts - i've only noticed it a couple times but they're people I DEFINITELY followed before, and hadnt intentionally unfollowed.
