I don't care what others think, this first series of The Adventurers from Aircel (and Adventure Publications) was great!!

My homage to Giant Size X-Men #1, that debuted 51 years in February 1975! It marked the relaunch of the X-Men comic after a multi year hiatus and the beginning of the titles ascension to the most popular title in the comic book industry throughout the late 70's and all of the 80's.

Years ago Rob Liefeld was a member of our Back Issue Magazine group & he shared his love for comics with us often.
He was amazing.
But once too often someone poked fun at him or his art and dismissed it with "I'm just kidding, you're great.".
It was done enough to him that it drove him away. Sad.
