i would guess the expected workflow in this case is block the person, and it would implicitly means quotes are not allowed

oh, like, you were presented with only one post per account and it only let you remove one? i suppose it still lists my account?

i wonder what happens to the quote post when a quote is “detached”? also the Bluesky app does not allow linking at all to a post that has disabled quotes but i wonder what the Bluesky AppView does if such a post just does exist in a PDS
