AI is not Google search; it requires new engagement strategies to be effectively adopted. Many of the grumbles about the impact of AI are not technology issues, but people issues. Organisations need to engage and train staff, treat concerns seriously and provide support and encouragement. 3/3

Nice sunny Friday in London. Currently writing a guide on how the effective introduction of new technologies need users to develop new ways of engagement, though they may well start by using engagement strategies and habits from older technologies. 1/3
