I think if you `AddProblemDetails` in the setup pipeline it will generate some better responses that can help diagnose the source of the 400s.

Wrote a case management system for a law enforcement agency. I remember doing discovery and adding features to track all the seized stuff. A lot of forfeiture was just ordinary stuff and they would sell those things on craigslist and use that money for their own budget. Feels bad man ๐Ÿ™
