I think customer service was fine, and the tablet would be excellent if it didn’t have this problem. (Artist gen pro 4K from xp pen) Alas, wasted a lot of time sending back and waiting for a new one when the problem arised

I finally requested a full refund of my tablet, it was the 4th time I got screen burn within a month with this model (company sent me a new one everytime I got the problem). I wanted to try out other than wacom, but it only gave me pain lol
Guess I’ll try something else
