Maybe he’ll force USC to play Notre Dame in October.

followed by having a taxpayer-funded sex plane
Which is hard, considering it’s in the name.
I always forget you live in some future land.
Dougie is almost a point per game lately, so we’re gonna need him for this 39-game winning steak.
It’s cool though, we can hedge by placing bets on Polymarket that reinsurance carriers will pay on claims and voilà, profits.
I vaguely recall rumors of Bill Kirk flashing a fake badge and carrying a gun on campus.
I’m surprised he’s not in the running for DHS Secretary.
Bill Kirk… forgot about that guy. Damn.
I vaguely recall that monstrosity blocking me when I was trying park outside of Mendoza on my way to class.
I was a junior/rising senior at the time and the end of the year was brutal. Pro-life protestors crawling all over campus.
The next year, our commencement speaker was Brian Williams. Fortunately, his controversy wasn’t a thing at the time.
Being his pet is worse than being his enemy.
Donald J. Trump ® © @realDonald Trump The wonderful Lou Holtz passed away yesterday, so sad. Lou was an absolute WINNER both on and off the field. Not only did he spearhead Notre Dame's HISTORIC undefeated season in 1988 (including the legendary 31-30 "Catholics v. Convicts" Victory against Miami), he raised Millions upon Millions for struggling student-athletes, and the AMAZING University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!). He was also a true American Patriot, supporting me through thick and thin, and consistently speaking out against Democrat Insanity, including "Transgender for Everybody," and the Illegal Alien Invasion. It is for all this incredible work that I gave Lou Holtz our Nation's Highest Civilian Honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Rest in Peace, Lou. Because of Patriots like you, we have made America GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP
Keep our Lady of the Lake’s name out your f****** mouth.
Men would rather invent a robot that needs therapy instead of going to therapy.
How else are we supposed to curb Soviet expansion?
Men would rather invent a robot that needs therapy instead of going to therapy.
Also, maybe cease and desist using copyrighted material for war propaganda?
This seems topical… though the relief sought appears excessive.
Generally, the penalty for unauthorized practice of law is striking the offending pleadings, not a private cause of action for damages, and only the AG’s office or law enforcement may pursue penalties.
Yes—LLMs are not going anywhere, though I imagine there will be a market correction eventually.
For clients, the (perceived) efficiency is already making rates and fixed fees ever more competitive.
With the advent of any major word-smithing tool, mastering workflow is more important than ever.
The Court concluded that attorney-client privilege protection was unavailable because: (1) the Al tool was not a lawyer and could not establish an attorney-client relationship; (2) there was no expectation of confidentiality because the platform's privacy policy disclosed that user inputs and platform outputs could be used for model training and disclosed to third parties; and (3) the defendant did not communicate with the Al tool for the purpose of obtaining legal advice. The Court also concluded that the work product doctrine was unavailable because the defendant generated the Al materials independently, rather than at the direction of counsel. [2] In reaching its decision, the Court made clear that Al's "novelty" does not mean its use "is not subject to longstanding legal principles."[3]
For big law firms that can afford proprietary LLMs, this is no problem. Secure internal system keeps privilege and work-product intact.
But for smaller firms and pro se litigants, this is a huge disadvantage (but maybe an opportunity for an entrepreneur to develop an à la carte legal LLM).
In big law, the message is: “AI will not replace lawyers; lawyers who know how to maximize AI will replace lawyers who don’t.”

Senator, “abolish ICE” is really popular. Time to lean into it.
I’ll assume it’s Rubio until proven otherwise
Is Noem’s firing not in effect until Mullin is actually confirmed?
Is there an interim DHS Secretary?
This seems to indicate the interim senator is appointed by the governor and that Oklahoma is not a special election state.
You mean to tell me the Trump regime was not prepared for its illegal, ill-conceived, impulsive war to last more than a week?
My gosh.
It would be plausible for a law firm.
“But we’re also engaged in actual warfare where we drop bombs on people eating with each other.”
