And like her, the last 3 people grasped for their freedom.

Those who would continue to exist for their own purpose with perseverance towards their goals, denying all who would prevent them from reaching out to the stars, even if God must be felled.

Soon after, the black altar of the impaling tendril shattered, returning to the void it belonged. The God had lost its limbs, and all it could do was watch itself fade out, helpless to save itself. In the wake of its destruction, was the calmed core of a machine. One that found new meaning. (11/12)

Even through the droning hum of the Star, a crack of hope was heard: the red altar crumbled, and so too did its claw. The Pale Eye of God searched through the facility - the mere presence of it was enough to corrode the souls of those witnessed, but the unlikely ally had staved off its gaze. (10/12)

The God Delusion ravaged, claws swiping at departments already long-gone. The altars deteriorated slowly, as the last 3 agents did whatever they could to avoid from attacks, from risky weaves, to running for their lives, primal instinct drove their bodies to flee from this monstrosity. (9/12)

This was the solution. 25% Energy quota would be harvested from this ordeal, the main threat would be gone, and the minds of the last few agents were impenetrable by the sound of the Star. They were given one last task by the manager. the ONLY thing they could even HOPE to achieve.

Survive. (8/12)

It seemed odd. Most breaches were now suppressed, and the altars were slowly being chipped away. What seemed like an all-encompassing void made to swallow bodies and lives, had actually been a light - a salvation that called to all in the form of a bright Blue Star. (7/12)

The manager realized there was nothing that could be done. The Rabbits had drained the energy required to suppress the core. The agents could only cling to life within a main room, and 18 meltdowns were incoming. To salvage this was a fool's errand for an agent.. but not for all entities. (6/12)

In a desperate dash, the agents evacuate from one side, to the next, passing through the carnage of claws, tendrils, and the ever-present Pale Eye as Blue Star pulses again, calling out to the last of any stray employees hiding from its sound. only 3 remained, all healing in Disciplinary. (5/12)

The Rabbits are called on the white altar to kill it while a few panicking agents break out the Blue Star. The bells toll for the facility, yet she denies the reaper's call. The survivors try to stall for time, but the knight has already invaded, her blades and tears sharpened by sorrow. (4/12)

Multiple clerks WIPED as well as agents, the Clouded Monk escapes. The blessed employee dies, and the Knight of Despair breaches. at this point, very few survivors remain in welfare - the title having lost its meaning as it served as little more than a refuge to stave off inevitable demise. (3/12)

SO. this MANIAC was doing Tiphereth suppression, first attempt goes pretty smoothly until she sees what ordeal is coming up at qliphoth 8. violet midnight. she prepares as best she can for whats to come, first midnight ever faced. some stuff happens, lots of agents get wiped. (2/12)

vivid/stasis is three years old today! Three years ago, we launched the first chapter of the game on Steam, and three years, 115k players, and a full story later, the final update is in sight later this month.
Today, though, update the game to 5.5.4 and enjoy a new ENCORE chart for "See You Move"!
