That's not to say they don't have a place, as long as it's not spammy like it feels at launch (doesn't look like it's continuing that way in wuling so far). Alters had a similar problem on implementation where *every* limited unit aside from Suiblings for a while was an alter, so it got formulaic

Personally, would prefer we get more new characters than reconveners just because that's not a rehash. Yes, reconveners (and alters before them in AK) have potential for expanded stories of their character, but it's hard to shake the financial reason for them existing (recognition sells)

Do the 'stalks' fold back in when not in flight? Looks like they'd have the range to if the outer arm rotated inward with it

I did the sketch for this ages ago and I particularly disliked the lineart, so I abandoned it for a while. I guess this counts as a "refresh" of that lineart into something I actually like and could finish off.
