The truth is, we don’t know what multi-band compression or linear phase eq do to people long term. There’s no information! So that’s why my kids only listen to unmastered music. It just feels safer that way.

I actually am 100% in agreement with you on everything here so maybe I wasn't a helpful discussion partner since my "usage" of twitter is literally just event searching, work posting, or checking if the people I follow there came to bsky yet 😭 Even for work, we post on bsky first sometimes by hours

I don't want to and I am ALWAYS encouraging others to move - but there's a point where a lot of information is only available there (for instance - overseas events, artist catalogues, etc) and thats why i have regretfully kept it around

one of the only reasons I still keep it around is keeping up with fans/users based in Japan and for work - I've seen the move to bsky be very USA-centric (with some notable exceptions) because its primarily a USA-issue (information wise), but i wish everyone would move 😭 i hardly post, just lurk

it cant be helped while travelling, i keep nearly sending garbled punctuation filled messages shoving my phone in my bag getting off the train 😭

i forgot to attach a photo!!! this is the keychain. also, we found some kirby choco eggs! and had amazing luck!! (2 waddle dee, 2 waddle doo) if we come across them again I would like to try for more- even if its the same waddle dee or another waddle doo, they're so cute who could mind a duplicate 😭

waddle dee haul over the last 2 days TO BE FAIR . WE JUST INCEDENTALLY WENT TO 2 PUPUPU MARKET LOCATIONS . unfortunately at the nagoya one they didn't have any of the tourist keychains but the osaka one had all of theirs so we got to pick!!! :D waddle dee is on the osaka ones

on the shinkansen back to tokyo, I keep saying to my partner it looks like oregon outside to piss her off ... but at the same time..... オレゴンっぽい。。。。for real today with the weather

HANKYU RAIL 2 !!!!!!! oh my god i was so so happy. i even got to the front in time to see the waddle dee operator !!!!!!!! I LOVE HANKYU RAIL.... we also had the opportunity to take some non-kirby themed hankyu trains, they are genuinely so nice its such a beautiful line of trains

Really enjoyed CeVIO Festa!!! It was my first time attending a true doujin event and it was so much fun! Really appreciated everyone being patient with me as I got nervous purchasing so many things 😅 but I don't know when I'll have another opportunity!! #チェビフェス

AHS Sensation was the most wonderful time!! this may be my favorite concert/event I have ever attended. the care and joy throughout the whole thing... I'll never forget this!!! I would travel as far as I need to go, as a fan of AHS for so long, this was worth anything!! #AHS先生

We went to 39Party* afterwards with @mystsaphyr.art @celestrai.bsky.social @onairic.bsky.social and listened to people belt Vocaloid karaoke! We signed the guest book so you might find us in there if you ever go.

no new waddle dees today . but here are the kirby cafe ones I forgot to post yesterday! there is also a sticker that I put away (drink is the wado wado carnival even though the lid was kawasaki)

I had some pretty hard stuff happen to me this year so far in a lot of different parts of my life, but this trip has already been so healing and I've gotten a lot of clarity on where I'm heading and who I'm heading there with! (metaphorically)

ITS AHS SENSATION !!!! part 1 was so amazing and even touching at parts and the mini live was incredible !!! part 2 (the vocalsynth concert portion) is just about to start!! :') I havent been able to give out my freebies yet so hopefully I can loiter afterwards to give them out!!
