This same tree had a bumper crop this year. Not sure what’s happening with it.

Portrait with Operculicarya decaryi and cat.

Today I have been practicing with new equipment to get ready to photograph the winning plants in our succulent show and sale in July.

This composition was not originally planned to include a cat.

Dharma Trading Co. Homepage Dharma Trading Company has been a supplier of fiber arts supplies for more than 50 years.

My late wife was a yarn dyer during the 80s and 90s. On the side she tie dyed clothing for our whole family. Easy to spot the kids in crowd.

Go to Dharma Trading company. All the colors, lots of ready-for-dyeing clothing items. Also, how to information.
Tie dye has history.

So many Epiphyllum flowers. These are the ones I’ve had in my collection the longest, and run to red and fuchsia. (I have more pictures but Bluesky apparently only allows four photos in a post.)

Most insurance is a bet against an unlikely, costly event occurring, such as a home fire.

Medical β€œinsurance” is a bet counting on the ability to deny coverage for an inevitable costly event, such as serious, acute or chronic illness to a significant number of customers.
