Cloudflare is a serious cybersecurity company with real products. There is no "Cloudflare Cuddles" service, no "cuddly foxes," and no virtual cuddles across edge datacenters. The chatbot's response is right above the outline for a speech bubble pointing to Anton Ego from Ratatouille.
