Felt like I solved a Resident Evil puzzle today

Also I am not sure about calling Pokemon one of the most experimental franchises in history. Most of it's experiments have been minor ones.

The Super Mario franchise has done a bunch more dramatic more experimentation than Pokemon has between stuff like Sunshine and Galaxy.

I never said Pokemon should get rid of Turn Based RPG, I was just saying that the genre hasn't really changed from that ever until Legends ZA. Even if it has gone open world it's still effectively the same genre.
Open World is just a sub genre or an adjective.

Not sure what compelled me to draw this suddenly but here’s a style guide to how I draw TLK style pawhands! Mostly just to show the shapes I envision when I draw them!

Combine all that with the lack luster performance of the Switch games and it's no surprise people are getting burnt out.

They don't really change the genre every time. It's still a turn-based Monster Taming RPG. Only exception to that is Legends ZA.
Every other game has only have mild if any variation, like more open world. But somehow they feel like have less content in comparison thanks to stuff like Dexit.

Would be interesting if they bring over the Turn based Gacha. Cuz despite not being a fan of Gacha games, some of those collabs they have done are pretty neat!

He couldn't even fully use his magic powers during this time since if he did his body would litterally explode.

This is also part of the reason he made a pact with Aprio. Aprio used some of his own powers to help Eclipex from "going critical."

I feel like I have already talked enough about this topic in relation to Midori recently. XD

So instead I will mention something about Eclipex. There was a long stretch of time where he is on the verge of "death" due to collecting too much magic, leaving his body covered in burns and scars.
