If you ever are in Vegas and have time, def recommend this place! It's called Chamon and it's in chinatown. Try to get there early especially on the weekend.

they only make 10 of these a day and I was even lined up 30 mins before they opened and had to wait an hour. Very worth it! They also have a selection of onigiri that sells out within the hour and they only restock again at 5pm.
