One thing worth mentioning is that there's also a risk transmasc people have access to no facilities - as in the supreme court ruling they stated that anyone FtM with a masculine appearance wouldn't be allowed in female only spaces.
Trans women are women. The UK Supreme Court made that clear today.

For the last couple of years, I’ve been collecting antique books. This weekend, the latest addition to my collection - “It Can’t Happen Here” by Sinclair Lewis - arrived.
