Silence has never protected the people being targeted. It only protects the systems hurting them.

And even oppressors are loud and unapologetic about what they have sought out to do. It is long overdue that we listen. We must not listen defensively or performatively. We must listen with urgency and with action.

Communities have been sounding the alarm time and time again. Marginalized voices have told us what was coming and how systems shift. They have shown us how rights erode slowly and then all at once.

Human rights are for all people. They’re not conditional. They’re not selective. They’re not reserved for the powerful. When those in power distort and weaponize them, people suffer. Humanity suffers.

Cairn wasn't on my list of must-play titles this year, but it needs to be on yours. It's a puzzle game disguised as a climbing game, as no two climbs ever feel the same or offer the same solution. Cairn is just this incredible game I can't put down.
